MISUSE orfailure to follow the safety rules stated in thisinstruction manual may cause serious personalinjury.FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTIONCAUTION:• Always be sure that the tool is switched off andunplugged before adjusting or checking function onthe tool.Switch actionFig.1CAUTION:• Before plugging in the tool, always check to seethat the switch trigger actuates properly and returnsto the "OFF" position when released.To start the tool, simply pull the switch trigger. Tool speedis increased by increasing pressure on the switch trigger.Release the switch trigger to stop.For continuous operation, pull the switch trigger and thenpush the lock lever upward.To stop the tool from the locked position, pull the switchtrigger fully, then release it.Reversing switch actionFig.2This tool has a reversing switch to change the rotationaldirection. Move the reversing switch lever tothe position (A side) for clockwise (forward) rotation orthe position (B side) for counterclockwise (reverse)rotation.CAUTION:• Always check the rotational direction beforeoperation.• Use the reversing switch only after the tool comes toa complete stop. It will damage the tool to changethe rotational direction before the tool stops.HookFig.3Fig.4When using the hook, pull it out in "A" direction and thenpush it in "B" direction to secure in place.When not using the hook, return it back to its initialposition by following the above procedures in reverse.
