Charge the battery cartridge before completelydischarged.Always stop tool operation and charge the batterycartridge when you notice less tool power.2. Never recharge a fully charged batterycartridge.Overcharging shortens the battery service life.3. Charge the battery cartridge with roomtemperature at 10 ゚ C - 40 ゚ C (50 ゚ F - 104 ゚ F). Always insert it all the wayuntil it locks in place with a little click. If you can seethe red indicator on the upper side of the button, it isnot locked completely. Install it fully until the redindicator cannot be seen. If not, it may accidentallyfall out of the tool, causing injury to you or someonearound you.• Do not use force when installing the batterycartridge. If the cartridge does not slide in easily, itis not being inserted correctly.Battery protection system(Lithium-ion battery with star marking)1012128Lithium-ion batteries with a star marking are equippedwith a protection system.
