The nylon cutting head onto thethreaded spindle directly and tighten it by turning itcounterclockwise. Remove the hex wrench.To remove the nylon cutting head, turn the nylon cuttinghead clockwise while holding the receive washer withthe hex wrench.Installing the cutter blade (country specific)WARNING:• The outside diameter of the cutter blade mustbe 230 mm. Never use any blade exceeding 230mm in outside diameter.CAUTION:• The cutter blade must be well polished, free ofcracks or breakage. Polish or replace the cutterblade every three hours of operation.• Always wear gloves when handling the cutterblade.• Always attach the blade cover when the tool is notin use or is being transported.• The cutter blade-fastening nut (with springwasher) wears out in course of time. If thereappears any wear or deformation on the springwasher, replace the nut. Rotate the receive washer until it is locked withthe hex wrench.
