7 ENGLISH3. Slide an optional battery case into the tool. Openthe case while pressing the buttons on sides of thecase. Then tighten the screws to secure it in place.12Fig.3► 1. Close the battery case securely.Installing and removing batterycartridgeCAUTION: Before installing and removingbattery cartridge, always make sure to set theswitch trigger back into the “OFF” position bypulling the switch trigger fully and releasing it.CAUTION: Hold the tool and the battery car-tridge firmly when installing or removing batterycartridge. Failure to hold the tool and the batterycartridge firmly may cause them to slip off your handsand result in damage to the tool and battery cartridgeand a personal injury.CAUTION: Always install the battery cartridgefully until the red indicator cannot be seen. If not,it may accidentally fall out of the tool, causing injury toyou or someone around you.CAUTION: Do not install the battery cartridgeforcibly. If the cartridge does not slide in easily, it isnot being inserted correctly.CAUTION: Take care not to trap your fingersbetween the battery case and its front cover whileinstalling and removing battery cartridge.Installation1.
