This mode is best suited for generalphotography, allowing the user freedom to concentrate on the subject.Exposure ModesIf a correct exposure cannot be obtained, the shutter speed and aperture valueblink. In such cases, the pictures can be taken but they may turn out too bright ortoo dark.Turn the exposure mode setting dial to “P”(program AE) position.Program Shift (P H / PL )You can change the shutter speed and aperture by turning the front dial in the “P”(Program AE) mode. In order to avoid blurred images (shake while releasing theshutter), or to open the aperture, change to “PH” (high speed). For slower shutterspeeds and wider depth of field, change to “P L” (low speed). This function allows youto make these changes quickly.
