Make sure thehole you are digging is wide enough.Be aware of the victim’s air pocket anddo not inflict injury on the victim!In case of multiple burials, the beaconsof rescued persons must be switched offas soon as possible.First aid: After checking on the patient,life saving and life maintaining measuresmust be started immediately.The rescued person must be protectedagainst hypothermia.Avalanche victims should be transportedas smoothly as possible.
