Ice Machine Operation Section 33-14 Part Number 80-1214-3Water Reservoir Removal1. Place the toggle switch in the OFF position and turnoff the water supply to the ice machine at the waterservice valve.2. Disconnect water supply line at float valve quickdisconnect by depressing stainless steel lever.3. Place the toggle switch in the ICE position. The dumpvalve will open and the float reservoir will empty.4. After the reservoir is empty, place the toggle switchin the OFF position and disconnect power to the icemachine at the service disconnect.5. Remove water float valve coil.A. Depress coil and rotate 1/4 turncounterclockwise.B. With coil wires attached, lift coil off enclosuretube.5. QF0800/QC0700 ONLY Rotate quarter turnfasteners counterclockwise.6. QF0800/QC0700 ONLY Remove cotter key and pinfrom ice chute.7. Remove top cover from float reservoir.8. Lift float valve out of float reservoir.9. Disconnect the drain lines from reservoir.10. Lift reservoir off of evaporator assembly.QC700/QF800 ShownIce Diverter RemovalQF04001. Place the toggle switch in the OFF position, turn off thewater supply and disconnect electrical power to the icemachine.2. Remove thumbscrews and lift panel forward.3.
