TroubleshootingThis section describes some common problems and suggested solutions, as well ways to recoveryour equipment after a crash.Be aware that the problems and solutions described here are meant only as a guide. They are notdefinitive problem solving techniques. For certain problems, you might need help from yourreseller or your service provider.When you observe a problem, stop the task immediately, because taking further action mightresult in data loss or damage. Take a note of what the system is doing and what actions youperformed before the problem occurred. Provide detailed information to your service provider forquicker problem resolution.For about any problem, follow these steps:• Restart your device.• Check your Wi-Fi connection.• Reset your Wi-Fi connection.• Plug your device to a wall socket to charge it for at least one hour.9.2. Display and screen problemsWhen I turn on the device, nothing appears on the screen.If the screen is blank, make sure that:• The AC adapter is connected to the device and the power cord is plugged into a working electricaloutlet;• The device is turned on (press the power button again for confirmation for 6 seconds to force theturn off and on of the device).If these items are properly set, and the screen remains blank, the device needs service.The screen goes blank while the device is on.If the screen turns black while the device is functioning, that means that it is in the sleep mode.
