09SLIM-LINE RC11.0 Operating InstructionsDescriptionThis SLIM-LINE RC unit is fitted with a control system thatprovides either automatic or manual control of the unit. Inautomatic mode the desired temperature set point is selectedand the unit will adjust the fan speed according to the differencebetween the actual room temperature and the set point. Whenthe room temperature reaches the set point the fan will switchoff and thereafter will continue to cycle on and off to maintainthe room temperature. The temperature set point range is59 - 95°F.In manual mode the automatic temperature control isoverridden and any of the three fan speeds can be operatedinrespective of the water temperature in the unit. This meansthat air circulation can be provided in summer for example, orthat heating performance can be controlled manually.The unit can be controlled using the infra red remote controlhandset supplied with the unit (see fig. 4) and also usingthe control panel on the unit (see fig. 5).
