Deleting a single phonebook recordWhen any phonebook record is highlighted, press Left Softkey, highlight Delete and press Left Softkey. Theconfirmation screen displays. Press Left Softkey to confirm the deletion or Right Softkey to cancel the action.Press key to return to the standby screen.Move/copy a record between locationsWhen any phonebook record in the SIM phonebook is displayed, use the S and T navigation keys to highlight theLocation and press Left Softkey to edit. Use the W and X navigation keys to select whether to save the record inthe SIM or Protected SIM (protected area in the SIM card). You will have to enter your PIN2 code before you canselect Protected SIM as the location to store the record. Press the Left Softkey to save the changes made. Thephone returns to the contacts list display.Moving from phone to SIM / SIM to phoneTo move a phonebook entry in SIM to Phone or Phone to SIM, press Left Softkey for the Option menu. HighlightCopy to mobile (or Copy to SIM) and press Left Softkey to confirm. Presskey to end the current call. The number that was keyed in is still displayed. Press key to dial the number.When the phone numbersaved in the phonebookcontains 8 digits, the nameof the caller might notdisplay on the screen whenthere is an incoming call, orin the missed calls andreceived calls list. Whenthe phone number saved inthe phonebook contains 11digits and an 8-digit phonenumber is dialed, the nameof the called party mightnot be displayed under thedialed calls list.The cursor is positioned onthe right of the title bar inthe phonebook list.
