Remove traces oflimescale, grease, starch and albumin(e.g. egg white) immediately. Corrosioncan form under such residues. Specialstainless steel cleaning agents can beobtained from the after-sales service orfrom specialist retailers.Cooking compart-ment made of stain-less steelHot soapy water or a vinegar solution:Clean using a dish cloth and then drywith a soft cloth.If the oven is very dirty: use ovencleaner, but only when cooking com-partment is cold. It is best to use a stain-less-steel sponge. Do not use ovenspray or other aggressive oven cleanersor abrasive materials. Scouring pads,rough sponges and pan cleaners arealso unsuitable. These agents scratchthe surface. Allow the interior surfacesto dry thoroughly.Area Cleaning agentsDoor panels Glass cleaner:Clean with a dish cloth.
