NOBOCOOL NC-49DP/C Standard air exhaust hose has beenextended longer than 1.5m? Remove extension, always keepstandard hose length less than1.5 metresTROUBLE SHOOTINGBefore seeking repair or service, please check the following.Note: In COOLING MODE, the compressor is operating when cooled air comes out of the air outlet and thecompressor light on the control panel is illuminated. In DRY MODE, the compressor operates continuously andcompressor light is permanently illuminated.PROBLEM CHECK ACTIONNo power to Air Conditioner Is A/C plugged into power supplyoutlet? Has fuse blown (circuit breakerswitched off) or A/C switched off? Insert power plug securely intopower supply outlet and turnpower on Turn A/C off, replace fuse wire(or turn on circuit breaker), turnA/C back onPower to Air Conditioner, but unitdoes not operate.Air Conditioner does not coolafter turning on. Is timer on? Wait for timer to count down orcancel timer setting by pressing Is compressor light illuminated? Wait 3 minutes from turning on,safety device prevents compressor(which provides cooling) beingturned on for about 3 minutes.TIMER buttonThe compressor and fan has stopped. Is “Ft” displayed on LCD? Drain waterAir Conditioner not coolingsatisfactorily.Has the temperature been set lowenough? Air exhaust hose blocked? Air exhaust hose bent over? Air exhaust hose detached? Window/door opened? Air inlet/outlet blocked? Air filters dirty? Fan speed set at low?Cooling power not enough for theconditions of area or room?Reduce Temperature setting Clear blockage Always keep the hose at itsshortest length and as straight aspossible Connect the hose Close the windows/doors toroom being cooled Clear blockage Clean air filter Set suitable higher speedEnsure A/C is suitable forconditions of area and roomAir Conditioner vibrates.
