4Safety precautionsSafety precautionsThis appliance uses 220-240V~50Hz ACfor power supply.Failure in operation and damage to the controlpanel, thermostat or the compressor will occur ifvoltage is outside the range 187-242V, unless aregulator with a capacity of 750W or higher isinstalled.It is required to use separate, specialoutlet with securely grounding.The power cable of this appliance is fitted withthree-core (grounding) plug complying withthree-core (grounding) outlet. In no case, shouldthe third plug pin (grounding) of the power cablebe cut or removed.Do not damage power cableBe sure not to pull out the plug of the applianceby drawing the power cable. Be sure to directlypull it of the outlet by firmly grasping the plug.Do not move the appliance by pressing thepower cable, or tread on it.When moving the appliance from wall, be carefulnot to roll or damage power cable.In case of damaged power cableIf the power cable or plug was damaged, itis prohibited to continue using it. In thiscase, it must be replaced by technician orauthorized service personnel.When there is leakage of inflammablegas:Never try to pull out or insert any powerplug for any electrical appliance such asrefrigerator.Electricity plug must be cut off for belowfollowing situations:-Pull out power plug prior to cleaning or repairing;-When replacing damaged lamp, it is required topull out power plug to prevent electrical shock. |
