INTENDED USEThe height adjustable Extra Wide Mowbray toilet frame and seat has been designed to assist those who havedifficulty in lowering onto or rising from a standard toilet. The comfortable plastic moulded seat offers support in anatural position. An optional floor fixing kit is also available (F11572).2. SAFETYWARNING: The maximum user weight must not be morethan 254Kg (40st).DO NOT: Attempt to stand or climb on the product.MAKE SURE: All legs are set at equal height to avoidrocking.2.1 Floor Fixing SafetyIt is recommended that a suitably qualified, competentperson installs this product.Always check for concealed electrical cables and waterpipes when installing; also check your legal requirementsrelating to earth bonding of extraneous metal parts.Inspect the product at regular intervals for wear anddamage.CAUTION: Never drill through pre-stressed concrete.CAUTION: Use appropriate sized rawl plugs if thisproduct is being fitted onto a concrete floor.3. UNPACKINGRemove the packaging and check all parts carefully.Contact your supplier immediately if parts are missing ordamaged and do not try and assemble.3.1 Contents:Item M48805 M48817Toilet Seat 1 1Seat Frame Assembly 1 1Leg Extensions with Ferrules 4 n/aLeg Extensions with Floor Fixings n/a 4E-clips 4 44. ASSEMBLYThese products are supplied fully assembled apart fromthe seat.4.1 Fit the SeatRemove the seat from the bag and snap into place on thecentre bars of the frame.5. INSTALLATIONAdjust the height for the toilet and user before installation.Only instal the product in an area where the mountingsurface and substrate are structurally sound.Strengthening modifications to the fixing surface may berequired.Also check the type of substrate you intend to fix it toe.g. brick/block, timber or concrete. Always check thatthe type of fixing you are going to use is compatible withthe substrate.Note: As the substrate can vary considerably, we cannotrecommend any particular fixings; if in any doubt; consulta reputable fixings supplier for advice.5.1 Adjust the Height1. Remove the 4 x leg extension E-clips.2. Slide the leg extensions to the required height, alignthe holes and replace the E-clips.Note: Make sure the leg extensions have all been set tothe same height.3. Lift the toilet seat and lid.
