trophon® EPR User Manual – N00020 L00034 1.0 03/2014 30SECTION D3: TROPHON PRINTER TROUBLESHOOTINGD3.1 Connecting and Disconnecting the trophon PrinterThe trophon Printer is automatically detected and enabled when connected to the trophonEPR.To disable the trophon Printer, use the trophon EPR LCD screen: Select MENU using the soft key button Select PRINTER and then select ENABLE/DISABLE Select DISABLED and select OKD3.2 trophon Printer – Error Messagestrophon Printer error messages are displayed on the LCD screen of the trophon EPR. If anerror message is displayed, two options are available:1. RETRY - select this option via the trophon EPR soft keys After the error has been addressed, select RETRY The trophon will attempt to re-print the last disinfection record. Check the printedrecord before proceeding to remove the probe from the trophon EPR Chamber. If the error was not addressed, the two options, RETRY and IGNORE will again display2. IGNORE – select this option via the trophon EPR soft keys If the printed record is not required and you do not want to RETRY the print, selectIGNORE. After IGNORE has been selected, remove the probe from the trophon EPRChamber.NOTE: If IGNORE is selected, the disinfection label record will not be printed.
