Do not line pan withaluminum foil. refer to cleaninginstructions.Burners burn withyellow flame,accompanied by thesmell of gas.Possible spider web or otherdebris in burner.Thoroughly clean burner byremoving. See general maintenanceinstructions.rear and Side burnerswill not light with theigniter, but will lightwith a match.Dead battery / or installedincorrectly.Loose electrode wire orswitch terminal wires.replace with heavy duty premiumbattery.Check that electrode wire is firmlypushed onto the terminal on theback of the igniter. Check that thelead wires from the module to theignition switch (if equipped) arefirmly pushed onto their respectiveterminals.Main burner will notlight with the igniter,but will light with amatch.Jet-fire outlet is dirty orclogged.Clean jet-fire outlet with a soft bristlebrush.Humming regulator. Normal occurrence on hotdays.This is not a defect. It is caused byinternal vibrations in the regulatorand does not affect the performanceor safety of the gas grill. Hummingregulators will not be replaced.Burners will not crosslight each other.Dirty or corroded cross lightbrackets.Clean or replace as required.
