NV30LT-N OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANUAL OPERATING THE TRANSMITTERPAGE 3.2.4 VERSION 0.1 2015-03-01User Interface OptionsThe user can interface with the NV30LT-N using one of three methods: Locally, using the front panel display, its navigational buttons (see Front Panel UI) and the RF On, RFOff and Local/Remote control push-buttons (see Front Panel Pushbuttons, on page 3.2.10). Remotely, via a LAN connection, using the advanced user interface (AUI) pages (see Advanced UserInterface (AUI), on page 3.2.15). Remotely, via remote input/output (I/O) wiring connected to the controller (A4) or the optionalremote interface PWB (A16) (see the NV30LT-N Pre-installation Manual for I/O details).See the complete menu hierarchy illustrated in Figure 3.2.1 and Figure 3.2.2 (for the local front panelmenu) and Figure 3.2.3 (for the remote AUI menu). When a user interfacing function can be performedfrom both the front panel display and the remote AUI, both are described in this section.Front Panel UIThe front panel UI is 4 x 20 character graphic LCD display (see Figure 3.2.5 on page 3.2.9). The UI can becontrolled by its adjacent keypad. The UI contains a menu-based series of pages that serve specificfunctions. Similar interfacing, as well as more advanced functionality, is available on the remotelyaccessed AUI (see Front Panel UI Screens, on page 3.2.11).LCD DisplayThis display shows all the UI screens.
