2© by NECTA VENDING SOLUTIONS SpA 0301 162-00TRANSPORT AND STORAGETo prevent any damage, special care should be takenwhen loading or unloading the vending machine.The machine can be lifted by a motor-driven or manual forklift truck, and the blades are to be placed underneath themachine from the side which is clearly indicated by thesymbol on the packing.Do not:- overturn the vending machine;- drag the vending machine with ropes or similar;- lift the vending machine by its sides;- lift the vending machine with slings or ropes;- shake or jolt the vending machine and its packing.The machine should be stored in a dry room where thetemperature remains between 0° C and 40° C.It is important not to stack machines on top of each otherand always maintain the vertical position as indicated bythe arrows on the packing.USING THE VENDING MACHINES OF HOTDRINKS IN OPEN CONTAINERS(e.g.: plastic cups, ceramic cups, jugs)The vending machines of drinks in open containers shouldbe used only to sell and dispense drinks obtained by:- brewing products like coffee and tea;- reconstituting instant and lyophilized products;These products should be declared by the manufactureras "suitable for automatic vending" in open containers.The dispensed products should be consumed imme-diately. Under no circumstances should they be pre-served and/or packed for later consumption.Any other use is unsuitable and thus potentially dangerous.INTRODUCTIONThis technical documentation is part and parcel of thevending machine and must always follow the machinein case it is moved or ownership is transferred, so asto permit consultation by different operators.Before installing and using the machine, it is first necessaryto carefully read and understand the instructions containedin this manual, as they offer important hints on safeinstallation, use and maintenance.IDENTIFICATION OF THE VENDINGMACHINE AND ITS CHARACTERISTICSEvery machine is identified by its own serial number,indicated on the data plate attached inside the cabinet onthe right-hand side.This plate (see Figure) is the only one acknowledged by themanufacturer and indicates all of the data which readilyand safely gives technical information supplied by themanufacturer.
