Additionally, the camera may be unable to detect faces in the following situations:- When faces are partially hidden by sunglasses or otherwise obstructed- When faces take up too much or too little of the frame• When the frame includes more than one person’s face, the faces detected by the camera and theface on which the camera focuses depend upon a variety of factors, including the direction inwhich the faces are looking.• In some rare cases, such as those described in “Subjects Not Suitable for Autofocus” (A 61), thesubject may not be in focus even though the double border turns green. Should this occur, useanother mode, such as A (auto) mode, and try focus lock shooting (A 60) by focusing onanother subject that is the same distance from the camera.
