The backup function recovers when the system ispowered on.The keyboard ormouse does not workor it operateserratically.• Be sure to use the recommended type of keyboard or mouse.• Check that only one USB hub is connected. When using a keyboardthat comes with a hub, refer to “(3) Connecting USB PeripheralEquipment” in Chapter IV, “3 Connection Methods” for details on howto use a keyboard equipped with a USB hub.Cannot write to orread from a CF card• Be sure to use a compact flash card (Type I or II) and a microdrive (1GB).• Check that you are using a preformatted CF card or one that you’veformatted in FAT12, 16 (Sometimes these are expressed simply asFAT.), or FAT32.Depending on the OS used, you may not be able to select a format.
