If thecamera’s clock battery (A22) has been exhausted, the date and time must be reset before thebattery can be charged or images can be transferred via a computer connection. In this case, usethe Charging AC Adapter EH-70P (A16) to charge the battery and then set the camera’s date andtime.• If the camera is turned off, charging stops.• If a computer enters sleep mode while charging, charging stops and the camera may turn off.• When disconnecting the camera from a computer, turn the camera off and then disconnect theUSB cable.• It takes about 3 hours to charge a fully exhausted battery.
