The battery connector is disconnected. Connect.The batteries are discharged. Charge the batteries.The machine does not move. The machine has been turned on by using theignition key (80) and by keeping the paddle(3) pressed.Turn the ignition key (80) to “0”, then try tostart the machine without pressing the paddle(3).The brushes do not work, the red warning light ison.The batteries are discharged. Charge the batteries.The warning lights (81) flash simultaneously. The brush motors are overloaded. Use less aggressive brushes and/or avoidworking with extra pressure turned on.There are foreign materials (tangled threads,etc.) preventing the brushes from rotating.Clean the brush hubs.The recovery water vacuuming is insufficient. The recovery tank is full. Empty the tank.The hose is disconnected from the squeegee. Connect.The vacuum grid is clogged or the float isclosing.Clean the grid or check the float.The debris tray is clogged. Clean.The squeegee is dirty, or the squeegee bladesare worn or damaged.Clean and check the squeegee.The tank cover is not properly closed, or thegasket is damaged.Close the cover properly or replace thegasket.The solution flow is insufficient. The solution/clean water tap is closed. Open the tap.The solution/clean water filter is dirty. Clean the filter.Dirty/encrusted EcoFlex™ system tank(optional).Drain.The squeegee leaves marks on the floor. There is debris under the squeegee blades. Remove the debris.The squeegee blades are worn, chipped ortorn.Replace the blades.The squeegee is not balanced with thehandwheel.Adjust.NOTEIf the machine has an optional battery charger installed, the machine cannot operate if the charger is not on board. Incase of battery charger malfunction, contact an authorised Service Center.For further information refer to the Service Manual, available at any Nilfisk Service Center.SCRAPPINGHave the machine scrapped by a qualified scrapper.Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to theLaw in force:Batteries–Brushes/pads–Plastic hoses and components–Electrical and electronic components (*)–Refer to the nearest Nilfisk Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.(*)
