·22·Ⅲ . Control and Operation of Working DevicesA. Control and Operation of Hydraulic Hitch. The hydraulic hitch system is used to lift the implement when the tractor is driven to anotherplace, to adjust the tillage depth of the implement in tillage ,and to supply pressure oil toanother equipped machines (such as automatic unloading tractor) . The hydraulic system isoperated by two levers, the draft control the lever and position control lever. When the systemis not in use , the both levers should be put in the lowest position(Never put the both leversin lifting position at the same time.).To have the hydraulic system into working state , step down the clutch pedal, put the PTOhandle in "engagement" position(Fig.4--14),and then release the clutch pedal.a. Mounting of the ImplementWhen a implement is mounted, the draft and the position controlhandles of the lift controlmechanism, are put in low position(Fig.4--15), and the tractor is slowlydriven inversely to approach theimplement. At first, the implementis connected with the left lower link, and then with the right low link. Ifthe shaft of the implement is notcorrect alignment the hole of theright lower link, the length of theright lower link can be adjusted byturning the adjusting handle of theright lift link. Finally, the upperlinks are connected. Afterwards, allthe links are locked with lock pins. The implement in leveldirection can be adjusted by turningthe screw sleeve at the middle of upper link. Afterthe adjustment, it should be clamped by a springlock.b. Lifting , lowering and transporting ofimplement. Both draft and position control handles canlift and lower implement. But they are used indifferent cases respectively. When either of them isin use , the other must be put and locked in liftingposition. The implement is lowered when it ismoved forward, and vice versa. It usually takes 3seconds to raise the implement and 1 second tolower it. The speeds have already been well
