Use caution when washingthe blade assemblies as the blades arevery sharp.3 Rinse and dry thoroughly.4 The pitcher, bowl, lids andattachments are all dishwasher safe.It is recommended that the lids andattachments go on the top rack. Ensurethat the attachments are removed fromthe containers before placing in thedishwasher.5 The motor base can be wiped clean witha damp cloth.HOW TO ASSEMBLECAUTION: Make sure that the motor baseis unplugged from the power source.1 Place the motor base on a clean, dry,level surface.2 Lower the pitcher or the bowl onto themotor base. (Fig. 1)3 Rotate the container to the left as far asit will go. As the container rotates, it willlower and the safety tabs on the bottomof the container will slide under thesafety tabs on the top of the motor base.(Fig. 2)4 The pitcher or bowl can be placed on themotor base two ways; the handle can beon the front right corner or the front leftcorner. (Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b)5 Place either the 6-Blade assembly or thewhipping attachment into the pitcher.(Fig. 4a) Place either the 4-Bladeassembly, dough blade or dough paddleinto the bowl. (Fig. 4b) Holding theattachment by the shaft, place it onto thegear shaft inside the container. Ensurethat the attachment fits snuggly aroundthe gear shaft and that it is standingstraight.CAUTION: Blades are sharp! Use extremecaution when handling the bladeassemblies. Always hold them by theshaft.HOW TO USEIMPORTANT: DO NOT attempt tooperate the appliance without the lid on.1 Place the pitcher or bowl onto the motorbase and insert the desired attachment.(See 'HOW TO ASSEMBLE'.)2 Add the ingredients to the container.Make sure your total of ingredientsdon't go higher than the highestmeasured marking line on the side of thecontainers.IMPORTANT: Never add ingredientsinto the container before placing theattachment in first.3 Place the corresponding lid onto thecontainer with the locking handle in theupright position and the pouring spouton the corner opposite the container’shandle. Align the arrows ( ) located onthe lid and container’s handle. Ensurethat the lid is completely seated andpress the lid down into the container.Press the locking handle down so thatthe latches on the lid fit under the tabson the container. (Fig. 5)NOTE: If you need to add additionalingredients while the appliance isprocessing, open the pouring spout capand pour the ingredients in through theopening.4 Plug the power cord into the electricaloutlet and press on the power button ( ).NOTE: As a safety feature, the powerbutton ( ) will flash and the motor willnot work if the container and lid are notinstalled correctly.
