Some foods may contain active ingredients orrelease gases that will expand if left in a sealed container, resulting in excessive pressure buildup thatcan pose a risk of injury. For ingredient storage in the cup, use only the Spout Lid.38 If the appliance overheats, a thermal switch will activate and temporarily disable the motor. To reset,unplug the appliance and allow it to cool for approximately 15 minutes before using again.39 The maximum wattage rating for this appliance is based on the configuration of the Hybrid EdgeBlades Assembly and Ninja TWISTi Pitcher.
