If this happens, close the system and enter Sleep Mode. Some voices are more difficult torecognise than others.• Is a headset with microphone attached?Try removing the headset with microphone and using the system microphone instead.My steps aren’t being counted• Is the system open?Your steps will only be counted while the system is closed and in Sleep Mode.• Is the system in a loosely-hanging bag, or is it hanging from a wrist strap?There may be cases where the system cannot correctly count your steps. If it is put in a loosely-hanging bag while walking, step data may not be counted accurately. If you want to put thesystem in a bag while carrying it around, use a tight-fitting bag such as a belt pouch.Note:• Depending on the conditions, the step count might be higher or lower than the number of actualsteps taken.• Do not put the system into your back pocket. Subjecting the system and LCD screens to excessiveforce, for example by sitting on them, can damage them and lead to injury or malfunction.My microSD card is notresponding• Has the microSD card been correctly inserted into the system?Turn the power off and insert the microSD card gently but firmly until it clicks into place inthe microSD card slot on the back of the system ( p. 57).• Are the microSD card terminals dirty?Softly wipe the terminals with dry cotton to avoid damaging the microSD card.
