Application modeIf you select the [Application] in the main menu, the following window appears.In the application mode, you can select the [Access Control/ Attendance management/Meal management] according to the purpose.3.5.1.1. ModesNormal Access ModeIt is the screen appearing when you select the Access.Select [OK] button to apply the changes, or select[BACK] button to cancel and return.An Access Control application is normally used forproviding access to a secure area, function keys are notneeded unless extra tracking of the user is needed. Ifthe system is setup for Access Control and Functionkeys are used for authentication the user is required totouch the mode function key before entering their ID orcard.Time and Attendance Select [OK] button to apply the changes, or select[BACK] button to cancel and return.Time schedules should be programmed when using thismode. Time and Attendance Application is for systemsthat require tracking of employee’s work time. If thesystem is setup for Time and Attendance, forauthentication the user is required to touch the functionkey before entering their ID or Card. |
