Predictive text input is based ona built-in dictionary to which you can add new words.1. With predictive text input on (see "Settings," p. 15), press a key once for eachletter. The word changes after each keystroke.Example: To write Nokia when the English dictionary is selected, press 6, 6, 5, 4, 2.For more instructions on writing text, see "Tips for writing text," p. 16.2. When you finish the word and it is correct, press 0 to confirm the word andadd a space. The navigation keys also moves the cursor.If the word is not correct, press * repeatedly, and when the word that youwant appears, confirm it; or select Options > Matches, scroll to the desiredword, and press Use.If the ? character is displayed after the word, your word is not in the dictionary.To add the word to the dictionary, select Spell, enter the word (in traditionalinput), and select Save. When the dictionary is full, the new word replaces theoldest one that was added.3. Write the next word.Write compound wordsEnter the first part of the word, press the right navigation key, then write the lastpart of the word.
