materials, design and workmanship free of charge byrepairing or, should Nokia in its absolute discretion deemit necessary, replacing the Product in accordance with thisLimited Warranty (unless otherwise required by law). ThisLimited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in thecountry where you have purchased the Product providedthat it is intended for sale in that country.Warranty periodThe warranty period starts at the time of Product's originalpurchase by the first end-user. The Product may consist ofseveral different parts and different parts may be coveredby a different warranty period (hereinafter “WarrantyPeriod”). The different Warranty Periods are:a) twelve (12) months for the mobile device andaccessories (whether included in the mobile device salespackage or sold separately) other than the consumableparts and accessories listed in (b) and (c) below;b) six (6) months for the following consumable parts andaccessories: batteries, chargers, desk stands, headsets,cables and covers; andc) ninety (90) days for the media on which any software isprovided, for example, CD-ROM or memory cardAs far as your national laws permit, the Warranty Periodwill not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected dueto subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Product.However, repaired part(s) will be warranted for the© 2009 Nokia.
