Enter the exchange rate (pressthe # key to insert a decimal),and press OK.Edit the exchange rateAt any time, you can edit theexchange rate used by the currencyconverter.Note: When you change basecurrency, you must key in thenew rates because allpreviously set exchange ratesare set to zero.1. At the standby mode, selectMenu > Organiser > Calculator >Options > Exchange rate >Foreign units in domestic units orDomestic units in foreign units.Foreign units in domestic units—the number of domestic units ittakes to make one unit of foreigncurrency.Domestic units in foreign units—the number of foreign units ittakes to make one unit of yourdomestic currency2. Enter the exchange rate, andpress OK.■ Countdown timerYou can enter a specified time (up to99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59seconds). When the time runs out,your phone sounds an alarm.Note: The countdown timeronly works when the phone ison. Once you turn off yourphone, the timer is no longeractive.Set the countdown timer1. At the standby mode, selectMenu > Organiser > Countdowntimer.2. Enter the time (in hh:mm:ssformat), and press OK.3. Enter a note for the timer, andpress OK.The icon appears on the standbymode when the countdown timer isset.When the time runs out, your phonesounds an alarm, displays the timernote, and flashes its lights.• Press any key during the alarm tostop the timer.
