Warranty periodThe warranty period starts at the time of Product's original purchase by the firstend-user. The Product may consist of several different parts and different parts maybe covered by a different warranty period (hereinafter “Warranty Period”). Thedifferent Warranty Periods are:a) twelve (12) months for the mobile device and accessories (whether included inthe mobile device sales package or sold separately) other than the consumable partsand accessories listed in (b) and (c) below;b) six (6) months for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries,chargers, desk stands, headsets, cables and covers; andc) ninety (90) days for the media on which any software is provided, for example,CD-ROM or memory cardAs far as your national laws permit, the Warranty Period will not be extended orrenewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair or replacement ofthe Product. However, repaired part(s) will be warranted for the remainder of theoriginal Warranty Period or for sixty (60) days from the date of repair, whichever islonger.How to get warranty serviceIf you wish to make a claim under the Limited Warranty, you may call the Nokia callcenter (where this is available and please note national rates apply to calls) and/orwhere necessary, return your Product or the affected part (if it is not the entireProduct) to a Nokia care centre or Nokia designated service location.
