The accuracyof location data can be affected by adjustments to GPS satellites made by the UnitedStates government and is subject to change with the United States Department ofDefense civil GPS policy and the Federal Radionavigation Plan. Accuracy can also beaffected by poor satellite geometry. Availability and quality of GPS signals may beaffected by your location, buildings, natural obstacles, and weather conditions. GPSsignals may not be available inside buildings or underground and may be impairedby materials such as concrete and metal.GPS should not be used for precise location measurement, and you should neverrely solely on location data from the GPS receiver and cellular radio networks forpositioning or navigation.The trip meter has limited accuracy, and rounding errors may occur. Accuracy canalso be affected by availability and quality of GPS signals.Find a locationMaps helps you find specific locations and businesses.Select Menu > Maps and Search.Return to the list of proposed matches — Select List.Search for different types of nearby places — Select Browse categories and acategory, such as shopping, accommodation, or transport.If no search results are found, ensure the spelling of your search terms is correct.Problems with your internet connection may also affect results when searchingonline.To avoid data transfer costs, you can also get search results without an activeinternet connection, if you have maps of the searched area stored on your device.Maps© 2010 Nokia.
