Potentially explosive environmentsSwitch off your device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere. Obeyall posted instructions. Sparks in such areas could cause an explosion or fireresulting in bodily injury or death. Switch off the device at refuelling points such asnear gas pumps at service stations. Observe restrictions in fuel depots, storage, anddistribution areas; chemical plants; or where blasting operations are in progress.Areas with a potentially explosive atmosphere are often, but not always, clearlymarked. They include areas where you would be advised to turn off your vehicleengine, below deck on boats, chemical transfer or storage facilities and where theair contains chemicals or particles such as grain, dust, or metal powders. You shouldcheck with the manufacturers of vehicles using liquefied petroleum gas (such aspropane or butane) to determine if this device can be safely used in their vicinity.Emergency callsImportant: This device operates using radio signals, wireless networks,landline networks, and user-programmed functions. If your device supports voicecalls over the internet (internet calls), activate both the internet calls and the cellularphone. The device will attempt to make emergency calls over both the cellularnetworks and through your internet call provider if both are activated. Connectionsin all conditions cannot be guaranteed. You should never rely solely on any wirelessdevice for essential communications like medical emergencies.To make an emergency call:1. If the device is not on, switch it on.
