The Outboxes folder contains the following folders:Drafts for saving unfinished e-mail, Outbox for saving e-mail that hasnot been sent, and Sent items for saving e-mail that has been sent.To manage the folders and their e-mail content, select Options to viewthe available options of each folder.Spam filterThe e-mail application allows you to activate a built-in spam filter. Toactivate and define this filter, select Options > Spam filter > Settings inthe main e-mail idle screen. The spam filter allows the user to putspecific senders on a black or white list. Black list messages are filteredto the Junk folder. Unknown and White list messages are downloadedinto the account inbox. To blacklist a sender, select the e-mail messagein the Inboxes folder and Options > Blacklist sender.■ Voice messagesIf you subscribe to voice mail (network service), your service providerwill furnish you with a voice mailbox number. You need to save thisnumber to your phone to use voice mail. When you receive a voicemessage, your phone lets you know by beeping, displaying a message, orboth. If you receive more than one message, your phone shows thenumber of messages received.To call your voice mailbox, select Menu > Messaging > Voicemessages > Listen to voice messages. To enter, search for, or edit yourvoice mailbox number, select Voice mailbox number.If supported by the network, indicates new voice messages. SelectListen to call your voice mailbox number.■ Info messagesWith the Info messages network service, you can receive short textmessages from your service provider. To check availability, topics, andthe relevant topic numbers, contact your service provider.
