PressM (Read) to view the message(s). To view the message later,enter the menu function Inbox.The messages in the Inbox are listed with the latest message atthe top of the list. Use b to scroll to the desired message andpress M (Read).While reading a message, press M (Options) for availableoptions, and press M (OK) to select the desired option:Erase, Reply, Edit, Use number (lists the phone number ofthe sender and numbers found in the message) and Forward (toforward the message). In the Details option, use b to see thedetails of the message: the sender’s name and phone number,the message centre used for sending and the date and time themessage was received.2-2 OutboxIn the Outbox menu, you can find those stored messages to besent at a later time.2-3 Write messagesWithin the Write messages menu, you can write and edit textmessages of up to 160 characters.When you have finished writing, press M (Options) for oneof the options: Send, Send by set (sends the message by us-ing a selected setting), Save (stores the message in the outboxfolder to be sent later) or Clear screen (removes all the char-acters in the message).2-4 Message settings2-4-1 Set 11A setting group or “set” is a collection of settings needed forsending text messages.You can, for example, send a text message as a fax if this is sup-ported by your service provider by simply selecting the set inwhich you have defined the proper settings for fax transmis-sions.1.
