See “Settings,” p. 34.The phone memory may save contacts with numbers and text items.You can also save an image for a certain number of names.Names and numbers saved in the SIM card memory, are indicated by .■ Search for a contactSelect Menu > Contacts > Names > Options > Find. Scroll through the listof contacts or enter the first letter of the name for which you are searching.■ Save names and phone numbersNames and numbers are saved in the used memory. Select Menu >Contacts > Names > Options > Add new contact. Enter the name andthe phone number.■ Save numbers, items, or an imageIn the phone memory for contacts, you can save different types of phonenumbers and short text items per name.The first number you save is automatically set as the primary number. It isindicated with a frame around the number type indicator (for example,). When you select a name (for example, to make a call), the primarynumber is used unless you select another number.1. Make sure that the memory in use is either Phone or Phone and SIM.See “Settings,” p. 34.2. Scroll to the name to which you want to add a new number or textitem, and select Details > Options > Add detail.3. To add a number, select Number and one of the number types.To add another detail, select a text type or an image from Gallery.To change the number type, scroll to the desired number, and selectOptions > Change type. To set the selected number as the primarynumber, select Set as default.
