All rights reserved. 89Menu functionsSetting up the phone for the WAP servicesBefore you can access WAP services you need to store the required connection settings of a WAPservice, from which you can visit the WAP pages they offer.You get the connection settings from WAP service providers. They may send you the settings as a textmessage or you should key in the settings manually.You can store the connection settings under one of the five sets in your phone. Each connection setcontains the required settings for one WAP service and you need to store the settings for each WAPservice only once.Saving the settings received as a text messageWhen you receive the connection settings as a text message, you will see the message Service settingsreceived on your display.• To store the received settings, press Options, and scroll to Save.• If you want to view the settings first, press Options, and scroll to View. The name and thehomepage address of the received setting are displayed. Press Save to store the settings or Back toreturn to the option list.Keying in the settings manuallyNote:You get the settings from WAP service providers. They will give you more specific information.1. Press Menu; scroll to Services and press Select.2. Scroll to Settings and press Select.3. Press Select when Connection settings is displayed.4.
