Enter the phone number, including the area code.For international calls, press * twice for the international prefix (the+ character replaces the international access code), enter thecountry code, the area code without the leading 0, if necessary, andthe phone number.2. To call the number, press the call key.3. To end the call, or to cancel the call attempt, press the end key.To end the call by closing the slide, see Slide call handling in “Call,”p. 70.To search for a name or phone number that you have saved in Contacts,see “Search for a contact,” p. 51. Press the call key to call the number.To access the list of phone numbers you have most recently called orattempted to call, in the standby mode, press the call key once. To callthe number, scroll to the number or name you want, and press the callkey.Speed dialingAssign a phone number to one of the speed-dialing keys, 3 to 9. See“Speed dials,” p. 56. Call the number in either of the following ways:• Press the speed-dialing key, then the call key.• If Speed dialling is set to On, press and hold a speed-dialing key untilthe call begins. See “Call,” p. 70.Enhanced voice dialingTo make a phone call, select and hold Names and say the name of thecontact you wish to call. The phone will automatically associate avirtual voice tag with each contact in the phone memory.
