M e s s a g i n g32Listen to voicemail messagesWhen you have a new voice message alert, select Listen now > OK to access yourvoice mailbox. You can also reach the voicemail screen to play back existing voicemessages from the standby mode by presssing the left soft key or selecting Menu> Messaging, then selecting Voicemail.The voicemail screen displays the number of new messages and the date and timeof the last message received. To access your voicemail box, select OPEN or pressthe send key.To reset the voicemail counter, select Clear > Yes > OK. The new voicemail iconwill no longer appear on the screen.Note: The clear voicemail icon option does not delete voicemail from yourvoice mailbox. To delete messages, you must access your voice mailboxand use the voicemail system commands. Once you exceed the storagelimit for your voice mailbox, old messages may be overwritten.■ E-mail messagesFrom the standby mode press the left soft key or select Menu > Messaging, thenselect Email to launch a browser and access the e-mail messaging screen.■ Mobile IM messagesFrom the standby mode press the left soft key or select Menu > Messaging, thenselect Mobile IM to access the BREW instant messaging screen.■ ChatFrom the standby mode press the left soft key or select Menu > Messaging, thenselect Chat to launch a browser and chat with Internet Messenger users.■ Message settingsTo configure settings for TXT, PIX, or FLIX messages, use the Settings menu.
