[ 130 ]19 a) The Consumer shall return the Product to the place of purchasefor repair or replacement processing.b) If “a” is not convenient because of distance (more than 50 miles)or for other good cause, the Consumer may contact the CustomerService Department at NOKIA, at the phone number listed on thebottom of the next page, for further instructions.c) The Consumer shall ship the Product prepaid and insured.Expenses related to removing the Product from an installation arenot covered under this limited warranty.d) The Consumer will be billed for any parts or labor charges notcovered by this limited warranty. The Consumer will beresponsible for any expenses related to reinstallation of theProduct.e) NOKIA will repair or authorize the repair of the Product under thelimited warranty within 30 days after receipt of the Product byNOKIA or an NOKIA authorized service center. If NOKIA cannotperform repair covered under this limited warranty within 30days, or after a reasonable number of attempts to repair the samedefect, NOKIA at its sole option, will provide a replacementProduct or refund the purchase price of the Product less areasonable amount for usage.f) If the Product is returned to the Customer Service Department atNOKIA during the limited warranty period, but the problem withthe Product is not covered under the terms and conditions of thislimited warranty, the Consumer will be notified and given anestimate of the charges the Consumer must pay to have theProduct repaired, with all shipping charges billed to theConsumer. If the estimate is refused, the Product will be returnedfreight collect. If the Product is returned to the Customer ServiceDepartment at NOKIA after the expiration of the limited warrantyperiod, NOKIA’s normal service policies shall apply and theConsumer will be responsible for all shipping charges.9 The Product consists of newly assembled equipment that may contain
