This device uses various typesof DRM software to access DRM-protected content. With thisdevice you can access content protected with WMDRM 10,OMA DRM 1.0, OMA DRM 1.0 forward lock, and OMA DRM 2.0. Ifcertain DRM software fails to protect the content, contentowners may ask that such DRM software's ability to accessnew DRM-protected content be revoked. Revocation may alsoprevent renewal of such DRM-protected content already inyour device. Revocation of such DRM software does not affectthe use of content protected with other types of DRM or theuse of non-DRM-protected content.Digital rights management (DRM) protected content comeswith an associated activation key that defines your rights touse the content.If your device has OMA DRM-protected content, to back upboth the activation keys and the content, use the backupfeature of Nokia PC Suite. Other transfer methods may nottransfer the activation keys which need to be restored withthe content for you to be able to continue the use of OMA DRM-protected content after the device memory is formatted. Youmay also need to restore the activation keys in case the fileson your device get corrupted.If your device has WMDRM-protected content, both theactivation keys and the content will be lost if the devicememory is formatted. You may also lose the activation keysand the content if the files on your device get corrupted.Losing the activation keys or the content may limit yourability to use the same content on your device again. The batteryintended for use with this device is BL-4U. This device isintended for use when supplied with power from thefollowing chargers: AC-8. The battery can be charged anddischarged hundreds of times, but it will eventually wear out.When the talk and standby times are noticeably shorter thannormal, replace the battery. Use only Nokia approvedbatteries, and recharge your battery only with Nokiaapproved chargers designated for this device. Use of anunapproved battery or charger may present a risk of fire,explosion, leakage, or other hazard.The exact charger model number may vary depending on thetype of plug. The plug variant is identified by one of thefollowing: E, EB, X, AR, U, A, C, or UB.If a battery is being used for the first time or if the battery hasnot been used for a prolonged period, it may be necessary toconnect the charger, then disconnect and reconnect it tobegin charging the battery.
