What is not covered?1. This Limited Warranty does not cover user manuals orany third party software, settings, content, data or links,whether included/downloaded in the Product, whetherincluded during installment, assembly, shipping or at anyother time in the delivery chain or otherwise and in anyway acquired by you. To the extent permitted by applicablelaw(s), Nokia does not warrant that any Nokia software willmeet your requirements, will work in combination withany hardware or software applications provided by a thirdparty, that the operation of the software will beuninterrupted or error free or that any defects in thesoftware are correctable or will be corrected.2. This Limited Warranty does not cover a) normal wearand tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear ofcamera lenses, batteries or displays), b) transport costs, c)defects caused by rough handling (including, withoutlimitation, defects caused by sharp items, by bending,compressing or dropping, etc.), d) defects or damagecaused by misuse of the Product, including use that iscontrary to the instructions provided by Nokia (e.g. as setout in the Product's user guide) and/or e) other acts beyondthe reasonable control of Nokia.3.
