To view what kind of data you have andhow much memory the different data groups consume, go toFile manager and select Options→Memory details.You may want to delete the following items regularly toavoid memory getting low:• Messages from the Inbox, Drafts, and Sent folders inMessaging.• Retrieved e-mail messages from the phone memory.• Saved browser pages.• Images and photos in Images.If you want to delete contact information, calendar notes, calltimers, call cost timers, game scores, or any other data, go tothe respective application to remove the data.If you are deleting multiple items and another of thefollowing notes are shown: Not enough memory to performoperation. Delete some data first. or Memory low. Delete somedata., try deleting items one by one (starting from the smallestitem).Clearing calendar memory - To remove more than one eventat a time, go to the Month view and select Options→ Deleteentry→ and either:• Before date - to delete all calendar notes which take placebefore a certain date. Enter the date before which allcalendar notes will be deleted.• All entries - to delete all calendar notes.Erasing log information - To erase all the log contents,Recent calls register, and Messaging delivery reportspermanently, go to Logs and select Options→ Clear log or goto Settings→ Log duration→ No log.Different ways to store data:• Use Nokia PC Suite 6.1 to make a backup copy of all datato a compatible computer.• Send images to your e-mail address and then save theimages to your computer.• Send data via Bluetooth to a compatible device.• Store data on a compatible memory card.
