After the network confirms the feature code,Send Own Number is activated.Set whether your number will appear (or not)1 Press Menu 4 > 5 > 4 (Settings > Network services > Send ownnumber).2 Scroll to Yes (to show your number) or No (not to show it).3 Press OK.4 Enter the number you wish to call (or press Search to retrieve thenumber from the phone book), and press OK.• Select a phone system (NAM)Your service provider programs, into your phone’s memory, its phonenumber and system information when you first activate your phone. Thenumber assigned to your phone is called a Number Assignment Module(NAM). This NAM provides service for only one service area.However, your phone can be activated in up to three different serviceareas. For example, your phone could be activated in Dallas, Chicago, andNew York. Each service area would assign a different phone number oraccount to your phone.You must select a NAM for your home system, and if you travel outside ofyour home system, you can choose another NAM.Only one NAM can be active at a time.
