Tools101You are notified on the device display if the identity of theserver is not authentic or if you do not have the correctsecurity certificate in your device.To check certificate details, scroll to a certificate, andselect Options > Certificate details. When you opencertificate details, the validity of the certificate is checked,and one of the following notes may be displayed:• Certificate not trusted—You have not set anyapplication to use the certificate. See ‘Change the trustsettings’, p. 101.• Expired certificate—The period of validity has endedfor the selected certificate.• Certificate not valid yet—The period of validity hasnot yet begun for the selected certificate.• Certificate corrupted—The certificate cannot be used.Contact the certificate issuer.Change the trust settingsBefore changing any certificate settings, you must makesure that you really trust the owner of the certificate andthat the certificate really belongs to the listed owner.Scroll to an authority certificate, and select Options >Trust settings. Depending on the certificate, a list of theapplications that can use the selected certificate is shown.For example:• Symbian installation: Yes—The certificate is able tocertify the origin of a new Symbian operating systemapplication.• Internet: Yes—The certificate is able to certify servers.• App. installation: Yes—The certificate is able to certifythe origin of a new Java application.• Online certif. check—Select to check the onlinecertificates before installing an application.Select Options > Edit trust setting to change the value.Call divertingCall divert allows you to divert your incoming calls to yourvoice mailbox or another phone number. For details,contact your service provider.1 Press , and select Tools > Settings > Call divert.2 Select which calls you want to divert: Voice calls, Datacalls, or Fax calls.3 Select the desired divert option. To divert voice callswhen your number is busy or when you reject incomingcalls, select If busy.4 Set the divert option on (Activate) or off (Cancel), orcheck whether the option is activated (Check status).Several divert options can be active at the same time.When all calls are diverted, is shown in the standbymode.
