Messaging Delete e-mail messagesTo delete the contents of an e-mail message from thedevice while still retaining it in the remote mailbox,select Options > Delete. In Delete msg. from:, selectPhone only.The device mirrors the e-mail headings in the remotemailbox. Although you delete the message content,the e-mail heading stays in your device. If you want toremove the heading as well, you must first delete thee-mail message from your remote mailbox, and then makea connection from your device to the remote mailbox againto update the status.To delete an e-mail from the device and the remotemailbox, select Options > Delete. In Delete msg. from:,select Phone and server.If you are offline, the e-mail is deleted first from yourDisconnect from the mailboxWhen you are online, to end the data connection to theremote mailbox, select Options > Disconnect.View messages on a SIM cardBefore you can view SIM messages, you must copy them toa folder in your device.1 In the Messag. main view, select Options > SIMmessages.2 Select Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark or Mark all tomark messages.3 Select Options > Copy. A list of folders opens.4 To start copying, select a folder and OK. To view themessages, open the folder.
