Beforehand, remove all personal information and contentfrom your phone.Remove all content1 Back up the content you want to keep to a compatible memory card or to acompatible computer.2 Close all active connections and calls.3 Select > Settings and Phone > Phone management > Factory settings >Delete data and restore.4 If prompted, enter the security code.5 Your phone switches off and then on again.
