204.6.3 Hydraulic PlumbingWARNING!From this point in the installation thebooms will be inoperative until theelectronics are fully installed.After the NORAC valves are mounted, thehydraulic hoses and fittings can be plumbed.The plumbing for the hydraulic circuit isshown schematically in Figure 3.1. Remove the tilt lines from the GVMvalve block and install the 4FJXR 4MJT(F05) fittings onto the valve block.2. Reconnect the GVM tilt lines to the teefittings installed on the GVM valveblock.3. Install the 90 degree fitting on hosesH03 to the right “B” port on theNORAC valve block.4. Install the other end of the hoses onto thetee fitting on the right and left tilt at theGVM valve block.5. Connect hose H01 to the 6MB 6MJfitting installed in the Tank (T) port onthe NORAC valve block.6. Connect hose H02 to the 6MB 6MJfitting installed in the Pressure (P) porton the NORAC valve block.7. Route the ends of hoses H01 and H02along the left side of the sprayer to thePressure and Tank quick couplers.8. Connect hose H01 to the Tank quickconnect coupler.9.
