154.6 HYDRAULIC INSTALLATIONIf your sprayer has a valve blockwith serial number 21.12732 or lowerthen you must refer to Section 6 tocomplete the hydraulic plumbing.WARNING!The hydraulic system creates very highpressure. Before disconnecting anyhydraulic lines ensure all pressure hasbeen bled from the system. Whenchanging the boom hydraulic hoses leavethe booms in TRANSPORT POSITION.IMPORTANT:Component failure due to oilcontamination is not covered under theUC4+ Spray Height Control systemwarranty. It is recommended that aqualified technician does the hydraulicinstallation.4.6.1 Valve Mounting1. On a clean surface remove all plasticplugs from the NORAC hydraulic Valve(V01) (Figure 13).Figure 13 – NORAC Valve Block4. Install the orifices (F08) into the "B"ports as shown in Figure 14.5. Install the 6MB-6MOR fittings (F02) inthe pressure (P) and tank (T) ports andtighten to 18 ft-lbs.6. Install the 6MBP plugs (F01) into the Aports of the NORAC valve block andtighten to 18 ft-lbs.Figure 14 – Valve Block Assembly7. A valve mounting plate (B10) isprovided with 5/16” NC bolts, nuts andwashers.
