The heart rate monitor is not a medicaldevice. Various factors may affect the accu-racy of heart rate readings. The heart ratemonitor is intended only as an exercise aid indetermining heart rate trends in general.13. The elliptical does not have a freewheel; thepedals will continue to move until the fly-wheel stops. Reduce your pedaling speed ina controlled way.14. Keep your back straight while using the ellip-tical; do not arch your back.15. Over exercising may result in serious injuryor death.
